Accommodation for Pre-sessional courses (English for Academic Study)
Making university accommodation your home during your pre-sessional English studies will offer the support and surroundings for success.
Details are shown below for accommodation dates for June and July courses but we may also be able to offer you a room if you are joining a course earlier in the year. Please submit an application including details of the course you are taking.

All bedrooms have a small double bed with private shower/toilet with access to a shared kitchen/living area. Accommodation is self-catered.
Rate includes:

- Support service from the site team, security and Residence Life team

Do you plan to continue your studies in Glasgow after the Pre-sessional course?
If you will need accommodation for the academic session 2026/2027, please submit a second accommodation application under session 2026/2027 choosing the applicant type you will be for the full academic year (e.g. Postgraduate, First Year Undergraduate or Dumfries Campus).
How to Apply
You'll be able to apply for accommodation when you have firmly accepted either an unconditional or conditional offer of study from the University of Glasgow.
Please note that it can take up to 72 hours (three working days) after you accept your offer of study for your student record to import to the accommodation database.You will not be able to proceed until your record is in the database.
Important deadlines: applications can be submitted after 14 July 2025, but priority will be given to applications received prior to 14 July 2025.
