About the Mapping the Food System theme

This theme aims to produce a systematic map of the Scottish food system and gather data to measure health, equity and sustainability in relation to the present and future food landscape.

Theme leadership

The Mapping the Food System theme is co-led by:

  • Peter Alexander, Senior Lecturer, University of Edinburgh
