Building Climate Resilience: From Glasgow to the Globe

As we approach the end of GALLANT, our 2026 Gathering will provide an opportunity to celebrate successes, share impact and build project legacy. The event will bring together GALLANT researchers and existing partners, as well as providing an opportunity to share our evidence and learning with wider local, national and international audiences. 
Spread over three days the Gathering is themed around three areas impact: 
  1. International Impact and Engagement: establishing GALLANT findings and messages as a key part of global discussion around “whole-system solutions to climate and environmental challenges”  
  2. Regional Impact and Community Partnerships: influencing policy and practice decisions at the Glasgow level and cementing local partnerships for future research  
  3. Research Impact and Building on Success: sharing research best practice, embedding systems approaches among researchers, and identifying priority areas for future research
