GCF looking for HEF Associate Leads to join the team
GCF is seeking to appoint three Associate Leads for the Healthy and Equitable Futures Challenge, working closely with Academic Lead Professor Petra Meier and the rest of the GCF team. The three appointees will work as a team and support Research, Strategic Partnerships & Impact, and Engagement, respectively. These positions are open to senior (G9/G10) internal candidates only. -

African trypanosomosis project wins GCF Award
'Strategies and tools to improve effective control of African animal trypanosomosis' project was the winner in the GCF category at the annual People and Excellence Awards. The panel felt it was demonstrating impact at a global level, while the other shortlisted projects showed strong potential for impact. -

Partnership with purpose: visiting our research collaborators in Tanzania
Building resilient and equitable partnerships relies on working together to navigate a rapidly changing funding landscape. A recent engagement with the University's partners in Tanzania furthered the links forged over the years and foregrounded the mutual commitment to tackle the most pressing global health and environmental challenges.
