Centre for Teaching Excellence

Hosted by Professor Kate Wall

Despite culture and systems being essential to any practitioner enquiry community the leadership role is under explored. What do successful practitioner enquiry leads do to support others? What structures and systems do they put in place? How do they create a culture where teachers can innovate and actively enquiry into their practice?  This workshop will therefore explore the role of the leader, asking questions about the process of running a practitioner enquiry community and exploring whether it is realistic for enquiry to be a leadership position. This workshop format will provide time for participants to engage in professional dialogue and to share their own experiences.

Who is it for?
