Graham Roy at University of Denver

Representatives from the University of Glasgow visited the University of Denver last week to strengthen links between the two institutions. On 21 May, Professor Graeme Roy, Dean of External Engagement, participated in discussions to renew the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), reaffirming a longstanding and productive partnership. The renewed agreement supports continued collaboration in international exchange, joint degree programmes and research activity.

During the visit, Professor Roy joined Deans Naomi Boyd, Fritz Mayer and Bruce Smith from the University of Denver for a panel discussion on the politics of wealth and the role of institutional trust in shaping global economies. The session brought together perspectives from across disciplines including economics, politics, finance and law, and highlighted the value of international collaboration in addressing complex global challenges. The discussion emphasised the importance of open, informed dialogue in developing a deeper understanding of the forces shaping contemporary society.
